2. Processing project description

The process in pumpkin puree processing line involves washing, separating the stem, rind and seeds from the pumpkin. Then, it is cooked in order to bring out the sweet flavor. Finally, the pumpkin is blended until it is the fine, smooth consistency that we all know and love.As commercial products, it is then sterilized and packed.

Bucket Elevator

1. Smooth bucket structure against clamping fruits, suitable for tomato, strawberry, apple, pear, apricot, etc.

2. Running stably with low noise, speed adjustable by transducer.

Roller Brush washing machine

After pumpkin entering the cleaning roller, due to the role of spiral vane and high pressure spray water, cleaning water column are washed surfaces, dirt on the surface of the pumpkin can be removed.
